Description
A youngish Loki takes the borrowed falcon cloak for a quick spin, and by spin I may mean plummetThe inked version of this: [link]
I quite like it, there are some messy bits, but this was a first go on inking with a brush on something this big. I may go back to it, but really its probably best if I leave it and move on to something else.
Next pages will hopefully be up tonight.
This is the Marvel version of Loki, of course, although the falcon cloak is mythological

This is amazing, what did you use for inking?

Thanks!
I use a fairly fine brush- size 2, it says on the side, and the ink is just standard Indian ink
I also used a fine-liner pen for some of the brick work in the later pages, but it's mainly with the brush.

It looks great all inked!
How long does it usually take you to do something like this?

I would say about a day- its only weekends I get a solid chance to work on these, and I can do one page in that time, due to getting distracted. Once I get into inking something like the leaves, though, it can be quite absorbing.
Thank you!

I'm anticipating a Chuck Jonesesque cut where he plummets down a random crevasse and lands in a puff of dust. Accompanied by a slide whistle.

How did you guess?
It was either that or a comedic pause during which his little legs pinwheel in an amusing manner, before he looks down, and, in the act of looking, reinstates the laws of gravity, a la Wile. E. Coyote.
