Didn't see this one coming, given what happened to Ino at the end of the comics.
Pity... if you combine the suit with that look in her face (uh... mask), it actually makes her whole being more pretty (more than Hinata at least).
I have to admit, this disappoints me somewhat. The only two obvious bots that remain are Tenten and this Satsuki that has been hinted to (and I have my own suspicions there).
I was hoping to see a suit for Tsunade, but that's out of question now, given the premises.

It will be really difficult. At the end, her memories were erased. Even if a backup was created, it is not granted for her to recover it. She will be a slave/servant for a very long time.
And for her outfit, sexyness is not needed. Hinata didn't want to see another sexy robotgirl next to her master, and Naruto didn't want a sexy outfit for this slave. A slave is just an obedient object for the master and she is not allowed to be sexy.
Even if in the future Ino gains more privileges, it's not granted if she wears a very sexy outfit. Maybe she can recover part of her old personnality in a suit with more chest (like the previous of VS) and with a less tight size, but it's all.
Well, in a harem of robotgirls, you need to have one or two girls in servicebot armor.

How so? Going by the comic, the main control unit isn't attached to anything, nor will any of the "integrated" pieces (for example, along her spine) be affected.
I'm merely looking to replace the outer casing and nothing more - that shouldn't be too hard, right?

The problem is that the chassis she is using is heavily tamper proofed.

Not reverse, per se, merely pretty up the results a bit. And since it's Naruto doing the upgrades, he'd already have the codes needed to bypass any security features.
Make no mistake, I am not in any way suggesting that we restore any part of Ino's identity, or even anything that could identify her AS Ino. (That would defeat the whole purpose of roboticizing her in the first place.) Merely the ability to easily identify her as female, as opposed to the blocky, genderless THING that she is now.
(Like what Haku is now, in terms of visual appearance, only in this case the helmet is neither optional, nor removable.)

Well, maybe in some years, she will be reprogrammed with her old self. An old self reprogrammed who will beg to wear this armor forever, enjoying her status.
