This is looking nice. I like the way you've looped the mouth through the nose, it will give you good deformation. the creases that go down from the nose to the lips are a bit wide and soft on your character though.
The eyelids could use some creases and the sides of the nose a bit more definition but I think that comes down more to style and preference. Good work!
