Well, there you have, finally. After quite a few (.....) requests, I decided to make it.The biggest and most detailed Tutorial I've ever done. 580 x 17500+ px. Made in Photoshop CS3 Extended, 5+ hours.

I didn't made every step but the outcome stills almost the same.
I skipped the pen tool step and the splatters
