Robotech/Macross models !
It's the awesome SDF-1 and VFs by JHoagland, and I decided to even the odds a bit and added a fleet of UEF ships following (actually it's the Homeworld Vaygr models
)

The VF textures are low res and diffuse only, so I added the UN Spacy logo in hi res to various parts and I improvised specular and bump maps so they would not be so plain. I chose to work on the beige textures first because it's a standard color and I can make entire fleets with it. There are textures for the Skull 01 and Rick's VF too but I will have to work on those first.

I had the Macross model for a long time but I couldn't get pass some issues until recently.

There is more coming, I finished adjusting the textures for the Skull 01 VF and the land mechs, there's a phalanx, tomahawk, one more I don't remember the name, and the monster mkII

Wow.. that sounds like an epic battle scene.... Or just a big hangar filled with mechs and some kick ass woman in the foreground

This is ironic I was thinking earlier today of the Song Lynn Minmei sang in Macross. "Stagefright." Great render now I have to find the series and start watching it again

I had this idea for a while but the SDF-1 model had issues on Daz Studio and I only managed to solve them yesterday
