Considering the space underneath her, it makes more sense (to me) for the ladder/backdoor to slide underneath her.
Another option would be it sliding onto the turret (like lifting a tail up)
Reminds me of the Exo-suits from the Animated Transformers movies, which also transformed in a similar fashion.

For better aiming and movement speed(Not agility). And in tank form will also hide her weak point with armor.

Euh a tank can go 30-40 km/h but horse 60-70 km/h but if they go fast it will make inertia and boum and have legs are better they can go anywhere but caterpillar wheel are limited they slide too much. (I know what I mean I learn science)

Yeah no...not even close. Tracks do not "slide too much" that was bloody point of having tracks in the first place. To distribute the weight of the vechicle on wider area. Since you learn sience you should know that.
But now to the more glaring mistake of yours. 30-40 km/h ? Hmm let me see.
Bt-7 could do 50km/h... off road... 80 years ago...
Since then modern tanks could beat your 40 km/h speed limit while driving in reverse.

It isn't a paper armure, in it ? Forget science, add the magic factor to everything that doesn't seem to make sense.
