Not to be a nerd here but, worst Celestia a natural Alicorn? Like we all know twilight and cadance are artificial from creating new magic but still and I know this is a fictional work that I really enjoy reading into and patiently wait, inconvenient plot story arc is inconvenient, but I love this story so much I won't complain that much

The answer is "we don't really know." We don't know Celestia and Luna's canon origins because insofar there are no canon origins besides, "we fought Discord, Sombra and Tirek." They weren't even there at the meeting during Hearth's Warming Eve so who knows when they came into power.

And fanfiction (don't judge me) it is hinted that after equestria was formed some ponies were scouting and found 2 child alicorn in the forests after the hole founding of equesteia thingy took place. Just a theory but I have to say celestia as an earth pony is quite interesting
