Hmm, Celestia's actions are a just a tad OOC (she could've at least visited once or twice) and the bit with Luna is kinda squicky.
On the other hand, the part with Chang and Applejack was very sweet, and having their kid be a Flutterpony was a really neat idea.
And the on the gripping hand, the story itself was very enjoyable, one of the funniest things I read in quite a while, and one of the best MLP fanworks on this site.
Son on the whole, an excellent, wacky and hilarious story with a somewhat anticlimactic ending. Call it an A-?
