You know, vavacung, I looked through the epilogue page of this comic today, and I want to make a little note about it.
Actually, replacing princess Celestia with a changeling who is taught how to act is a good idea. But, you should keep in mind that changelings also live around one hundred years, and princesses are alicorns and their lifetime is unlimited. So, it means that once changeling is going to die, and if Celestia(real) and Crysalis will not decide to replace him on time, the fact of princess Celestia' replacement will be revealed - because a body of dead changeling will be left in this case.
A variant of solution of such a problem, in my opinion, is very simple. Do you remember, what is Mirror lake?
So, the simplest way is the following: Princess Celestia visits it, then appears her clone , which looks exactly like her, has the same memories(I am not absolutely sure about this) and behavior as her, and their[I mean clone's and original princess'] magic powers are equal too, and its lifetime is unlimited too. The only thing clone does not have is expirience. And it is time for clone to go to Canterlot, for original princess Celestia - to go back to Crysalis.
Even in the case if the clone does not have memories, original princess Celestia can spend some time to to teach him how to rule Equestria, who are her sister , friends and so on and so force. I guess it will not take very much time to learn, but if it will, a changeling can replace princess Celestia on learning time, and after one walk instead of changeling a well-learnt clone will be back to the castle.
No one will ever suspect that the clone of princess Celestia is ruling them instead of princess herself(even after two thouthands years of ruling). Instead of an almost impossible case of returning real princess Celestia to Canterlot to rule ponies again. Or, of a case if someone will find out that princess Celestia is fake and will send the clone to the Mirror lake.

Hm. Ok, I love this comic. It's long enough to be considered a stand alone book, but short enough to read in one sitting and feel happy and content at the end. The style is great, not the original animation style but it works out perfectly none the less. The red ink as well never bothered me, and I thought it would in the beginning, so kudos.
The story is cute, but not gag inducing. The characters feel real and draw you into the story enough to get invested and stay interested. Also, all the references were spot on and made me laugh.
This is a great comic, wish I had it in print. Kudos to you.

REVIEW TIME!!!!
Content: I just loved this comic, sure it was a bit wonky on some pages what with the references and all, but that's what kinda made it work for me. It made me laugh, giggle, facepalm and feel other emotions that are too many to describe in a matter of these pages. And then there some that just didn't make sense and may come off as too distracting; There was a scene where Chrysalis was back in Cantorlot to see Celestia on a note she delivered and she appeared in an Connor suite and they didn't really explain why, how or where she got it; I just assumed that since she didn't want to be seen, she might as well dress like an assassin. It was just kinda out of the blue and out of place even if I'm an Assassin's Creed fan, but I enjoyed it non-the-less. The artwork was a bit rough at the beginning, but like all things, it gets better over time.
It also has this soft red-like pencil/brush lines strokes that made the comic very relaxing for me to look at and I don't experience that much often unless I'm on Molestia's tumblr. Plus with only the color of the strokes and having the shades become just a little darker for shadows and such made it very easy and clear for me to see the details put in to the comic and see the emotions of a blush and such. On another note, I just simply love this color scheme withinfan-made comics like these, it just makes me feel like the comic's going to be good...and it didn't disappoint.
Characters: Queen Chrysalis is a Changling Queen who invaded Cantorlot at the end of season 2 to feast on the love or rule Equestria, my guess it's possibly the latter only due to what the villains plan is in the past episodes. Only that was the outside exterior appearance of her, Chrysalis just happen to win out of pure dumb luck when she planned to lose after getting some love-food for her kingdom -which was a good twist I might add- leaving her to be this High-ruler whom only some of her subjects respect and is unsure on how to rule a kingdom after seeing how much work was needed to be done for Canterlot alone...I think; which just I loved and made me laugh. Now I just hope that the personality that gave life to Q.C. in this comic is now dispersed into other fan-made literature and comics as well; only a little, 'cause...you know the saying..."Too much of a good thing..."
Princess Celestia in this just seemed like a light-troll...I'm not complaining or anything, I WOULD EXPECT to see her like this in a comic like this. It just really fit for me with how other fans depicted Celestia over the years and I guess I just settled with the Trollestia. Her chemistry with Chrysalis was just great, it also rare to she these two being shipped together, let alone TALKING to each other that didn't have to do with either a threat or evil plan, so this kinda grasped my attention and just didn't let go. Their conversations were so intriguing that only by a little bit did I wish that the comic was only centered around them two with as little references as possible....I did say "Little bit" because only some made it that much more funnier. There are some other characters too like Princess Luna, the mane six and the changling soldier, but their parts were short time to time that it was kinda hard to see some development and just accept on what they were doing.
Plot: This is the aftermath of the "Canterlot Wedding" if Queen Chrysalis were to achieve victory instead of a love blast to the face. After that and knowing that she was only posing as a "Rule the world" villain, it just goes everywhere. Which is not bad because the randomness did make me laugh, as well as unexpect some subplots like the Changaling soldier falling in love with Applejack.
Verdict: To Conclude, I think "When the Villain Win" is a good fan-mad comic that takes place in the aftermath of an episode if it went the other way. Sure the references will get too distracting towards the end of the comic, but you'll enjoy it if you love the T.V. show and are fine with the character shipping...thing. I'm going to give give "When the Villain Win" 5/5 Assassin Logos.
