This isn't bad at all! I mean, when villains win sometimes it's just really tragic. Actually, lots of the time it's like that. But I think this is great, where the villain winning isn't a bad thing. It's just a new thing, and Chrysalis isn't being mean. If the Changelings slowly became part of Equestria then eventually no one would be afraid of them and they could get the love they needed. That's neat. And Applejack's daughter is too cute.
It's kinda sad that Luna isn't really ruling with Celestia....maybe Chrysalis would let her go visit Luna?
