This is my entry for the Avengers vs X-Men tribute battle over atColor version will follow but it might not be soon!

Esperaba poder terminarla a color pero no tuve tiempo suficiente aunque de todas formas terminaré haciendolo

wow thats really fast I couldn't even draw just that wolverine in 6 hrs I could imagine this one taking a while to color its a lot of characters and powers. Me I would have troubles doing the flats thats the most time consuming and un fun part of coloring for me, can't wait to see it, it does scream for colors I would probably have a field day with this one.

I might draw faster than you but I´m pretty sure you run circles around me when it comes to colors! and you're not just faster, but better! and I know what you mean with flats, I´m not a fan either but is part of the "thrill" I guess! hehe.
Yeah, I always had colors in mind for this one but also knew I wasn´t gonna get'em done in a short period term, but I´m gettin there! So far I got Cap/Cike and Wolvie done, got the flats done on both Avengers and X-Men parts and halfway done with the Avengers' full coloring.....so might get the whole thing done sometime next month (have other stuff to work on as well, so can't dedicate much time to it)!

thanks, I wouldn't sell yourself short with the colors though the one thing Iv'e noticed about them specially on your wolverines is the realistic tones and you have a very harmonious blend with your line art and thats something some people can't do

Thanks! I´ve hardly get any feedback on my coloring aside from people telling me it looks "cool" and stuff like that but not real insight and specially from artist that know what they're talking about so this is really nice for me! I´ve never considered myself a good colorist, I try to focus more on my drawing style but is nice to know I get some things right! hehe. I´ll keep practicing and learning from the tips and guidance that artists like you are so kind to offer! Thanks so much!

I divided this work in 4 pieces (5 if you count the AvsX logo)and then put it together for the complete composition.
1st piece: Wolverine - about 40 minutes
2nd piece: Cap/Cyke - about 1 hr
3rd piece: Avengers - 2 hrs
4th piece: X-Men - 2 hrs
and then another 30 - 40 minutes to put this together and voila!

The details you put here is unbelievable, now my only problem is I like Namor, and Iron Fist, which side I'll be rooting for

I´ve always liked Colossus, but now that he´s a Juggernaut also....hmmmm....I´m not sure, I think he was an awesome character just the way he was (Juggs was also a great villain) so let´s see what happens with him in the future. I'm not too crazy about Namor beign an X-Man but what really has me hating Marvel is having Wolvie and Spidey as Avengers.....Magneto as an X-Man? I was just digesting that when he lost his battle to Iron Man....and I lost all the little faith I still had on Marvel

I agree, Colossus is one of the most original characters on Marvel universe, he has that charisma and fanbase, too bad he didn't get the push Cain Marko, Deadpool and Venom received otherwise he'll be a breakout star too (cashcow! 
I just find it funny that in one issue of X-Men, he managed to go one on one with Hulk due to his training, when Hulk has beaten a legit military combat expert in Ben Grimm!
Namor is a mutant too, but I agree with you, I think he seems more fitting joining the Avengers or T-Bolts than X - Men. Spidey has turned down an Avenger membership before, so him being an Avengers nowadays is confusing. (Trivia: I don't know about you, I apologize if you're a fan of either but Wolvie and Spidey, though I think are very original, seems too overrated for me)
I always hated Marvel, two things, Kirby case and Sentry hoax but artwork like this ( and The Hulk ) makes me like them

on Colossus' case, well, he´s never been an A-grade character per say, but he has been one of the greatest B-grade characters ever! He may not have the potential to be a "solo" character like Deadpool or Venom but he´s a great addition to any team roster (X teams of course
I am a fan of Wolverine (Spidey not so much but I do like him) and well, they´ve always been VERY popular characters and, who blames them? They are awesome characters! but I agree, thanks to the attention they got due to all the recent Marvel movies they became waaaaaay overrated! So I´m basically a fan of the Wolverine character that I got to know and love as a child but not the character that modern Marvel writers are exploiting to no end nowadays.

I don´t know man, I submited a fairly large image but somehow there's a limit on the viewable size, so I don´t know if there´s actually a way of getting a larger full view of this. The image is definitely a lot larger, but if you like it enough I can send you a larger version via mail if you wish!
