Description
Well, this was a looong overdue piece that I´ve been working on in between commissions and other projects! I recently finished the colors but due to lousy internet service in my area lately, hadn´t been able to "show it off" on-line! hehe
Well, I think this is my most ambitious piece so far, I´ve never done so many characters in one piece before (at least not since I´ve taken a more serious approach to art anyways) so I hope you like! I´m a Marvel fan (mostly X-Men stuff) so I couldn´t pass the chance to do something about this recent Cross-over that had two of the most powerful superheroes teams in Comics battle each other!
Also, a very special shout out to that was one of the reasons I made this piece in the first place since they hosted a contest with this particular theme a while back! Check the group out, it´s awesome!!!

It was an interesting story. But I'm hoping it's the last time we see the Phoenix Force. I think it's wore out it's welcome.

I think the story coulda been better, had lots of pottential but it kinda dissapointed a bit.....and I wouldn´t count on that (Phoenix Force), even tho I agree with you!

I agree the story could have better. It could have been tighter, told in less parts, got to the point sooner. Like Civil War, they seemed to drag it out too long. Guess they were thinking about how many TPBs they could get out of it.

Yeah, unfortunately is more about the money now.....before they used to think about the readers a bit more! But oh well, is not so bad either, it just could be better!

Well, now that basically every Marvel Hero is an Avenger, how can they not be winners? but back in the day when heroes like Spidey, Daredevil, The Thing and even Wolvie were minding their own business and working with their respective teams, the Avengers wouldn´t had that much advantage against a team like the X-Men! Think back in the 90's for example......I think that would had been a better time for a cross-over like this one with both teams a lot more defined than now!
