god dammit! this one took me much (MUCH) more than expected...lot of nerves went on it, mostly because of the composition, and perspective,...and everything else!! ....me angry
anyways, this was my failed entry to the "Eowyn and the nazgul" contest (that ended few months ago), organized by muddy colors...oh, yea, if you are illustration addicts, such as i am
, you should go and check their blog at [link] ...lots of great stuff to be found there 
as for the artwork...this is one of the famous scenes in trilogy. the duel between Eowyn and Witch-king of Angmar...
i gave myself totally freedom with this one...it's half book, half movie, half my imagination illustration concept.

This is amazing! It's so full of energy, like you've just caught them in the perfect moment. The Witch King is so frightening to look at, and you've managed to make Eowyn look intimidated but resolute. I don't understand how you could have lost - this is the most perfect version of this moment I've seen.

You didn't work in vain, this is amazing! The compostion, costumes, poses - they are all very natural (and most of the pictures of Eowyn and the Nazgul aren't). A bit of fresh air in this subject
