i can actually use this now since i have a 24win monitor before i was on a 19w

I get an error when I try to load this skin. It says:
The skin"MagicBar\skin.ini" does not contain any meters or measures and will be deactivated.
The file may be damaged or may not me a Rainmeter skin.
I unzipped the magicbar file and put the folder in my skins folder, not sure why it's not working.
Do you have any idea why this skin won't load?

This is not a Rainmeter skin... its a CD Art Display (CAD) skin.

Hmm...I did photshoped the overlay.png in the Styles directory (in my case the "Big - 1280 overlay" file) but it's still in the center; I restarted the program but it doesn't change anything...

It should work... I just tried it to be sure.
opened CD Art Display\Skins\MagicBar\Styles\Big - 1280\overlay.png in photoshop, moved the image to the left, saved, reopened the skin in cad and voila, the overlay is on the left side.
are you sure your editing the right file?

Great skin, my favorite so far !
Is there a way to align the case as I want ? In CD Art Display skin editor, I can easily align the cover where I want but the case stays at its original position.

You will need an image editing software to move the case in overlay.png. after that you can align the cover with the CAD editor.

I'm not really sure why its not working for you. do you have the latest version of CAD installed?
In any case you can open cskin files with winzip.

Well the problem isn't unzipping the files. The problem is that once I extract them into my skins folder, they don't load or anything. They are just there.
ex: ''hot cd display'' works just fine for me. All I do is extract the FOLDER into my skins folder and it works.
Anytime a file ends with ''.cskin'' it doesn't work for me. Thanks for trying to help.

Very ambitioned and well executed skin!
You wrote you are using 1680px screen resolution. So you are not able to see how the 1920 styles work.
I have set the "left" value for the textline 4 to 1770px (time). And all other elements on the right side have to be moved according to that more to the left, too.
And I - for myself - have unchecked the "maintain cover aspect ratio". This way all images shown in the case will fit properly.
Besides that: A very good work from what I have seen so far (didn't switch through all styles until now).

No. Everything is fine now. I have unchecked the "maintain cover aspect ratio", because not every image has a perfectly squared dimension.
But I think every user can decide this for himself and change that easily.

about the aspect ratio, I try to fix and resize all the cover art for my songs because winamp doesn't have an aspect ratio option - I don't see this as a problem ,more like a preference - like you said.
