Whilst I agree the obscurity of the foreground can be seen to detract from the piece as I imagine there are some amazing shapes and lines under there, I think it actually adds to the overall oil-painting feel to this photo, and it forces your eyes up and into the distance of the photo, which is VERY appropriately and artistically named in light of it!

nice, I love the lines the buildings create against the sky. I definitely see where you were going with this when you named it departure. I think the only thing that you could add to this would be to make the colours jump out a little more, just a tad. but that's just me, I love contrast.

I changed the hue a bit to make the frame appear sepia toned-ish... but not quite. Hopefully the little bits of color that aren't really sepia toned sort of jump out at the viewer adding just a little bit of additional sharpness fo those parts.
