These are gonna be flooding in from all over for a while so I figured I'd throw my hat in the ring. The big one on the left is an edited tracing (obviously) but once I did that it made drawing her for real (the three on the right) much easier, so yay tracing

The idea for the design was to incorporate as many elements from Peridot's experiences on Earth, such as her now iconic shorts, flames on her shoes (they make everything cooler), a modern, somewhat sporty look (a'la Amethyst), and gauntlets (from coming to understand and appreciate Garnet).

People might ask why I 'copped out' on her star by keeping the diamond - that was intentional; not because I think she's still holding out hope for Home-world (at least I hope not) but because I think she's just that stubborn.

My brothers and I were brainstorming ideas for what her weapon might be and nothing really seemed to work aside from her initial ones (that were part of her extensions) so I decided to bring them back, modified to look more like Garnet's fists. My head-canon is that there was more than enough modern gem-tech from the hand-ship they came to Earth in lying around Amethyst's room (how else did they get rid of it?) for her to make them. So her 'weapon' would be the various hard-light constructs she can project from them, such as shields, blades (that she can fire) as well as a portable-computer.

The general idea is tech-wizard/berserker, the 'flames' were originally going to be white but it made her look WAY too much like the Green Ranger (though I guess she kinda is )
