Oddly enough the team never actually fought X.A.N.A face-to-face, so to speak. He'd masqueraded as their friends (and even as them) and fought them, but he never actually had his own 'form'. The last we saw of him in the series was as a black misty entity when the supercomputer got shut down...kind of a disappointment.

In Crisis he takes a human form for the final fight (bit of a story behind how, you'll have to READ IT), his arms aren't always tentacles and claws; he can morph them into other tools as well - normally they're just regular hands.

Crap, I still haven't done Ulrich.
