Description Y'know, I'm starting to think this guy might not be on the up-and-up.

Uh-oh...and I was mostly wrong. Pratt and Kenzie were playing dumb...unfortunately, they let themselves get played.

True though! Enid is the only one who got the entire ideas on what he was dking

Because, for some reason, neither of the older kids thought that they could be in danger within Interspace...

Flipping things on their head is what Twisted Space has been all about.

Here it's the classic trope of the "call to adventure", where a kid/group are summoned to save the day by some otherworldly being/ancient prophecy/dying alien or what-have-you and get sucked into a grand adventure.

Once laid out it's actually not all that complicated: Both the Cybersquad and the Anti-Squad got the "call", but while Matt, Jackie and Inez's was legit. Pratt, Mckenzie and Enid's?

...not so much.

And the weirdest thing is that while Pratt and Mckenzie figured out that it wasn't legit and that they were working for the bad guy in the scenario, it somehow never occurred to them that if they were found out as disloyal, Fatherborg might take...less than pleasant actions.

Oh, it occurred - but like McKenzie said they were pretty much trapped by that time, so all they could do was keep following orders until something finally gave and he (hopefully) let them go - seeing as they didn't have any confidence that Patch could do anything for them - especially after what happened to the Resistance leaders.

...And yes, they did play a part in that (which might seem like shooting themselves in the foot) but we'll address that later (#nospoilers )

Fair points; kids interpret things in ways that are based on their current experiences. I just meant in this particular incident, there was no reason to not at least fake enough of the care Enid probably misses beyond belief to get her home, away from Fatherborg and THEN explain.
Lucky Enid had something of a plan for this situation, even if she didn't completely expect it.

Mckenzie needs to look at the time. So she can know the time that she screwed upβ€”

but daing. Enid was about to attack XD

She IS basically Inez from another dimension and Inez can be pretty fighty in the right situation.

I binge-watched it online a while ago but want to do it again. Just because I'm in my late 20s doesn't mean it stopped being fun!

I know!! It’s still super fun!!! But I’m way too busy on my studies and other stuff ;-;

I'm busy with work and personal things so I understand.
I occasionally recommend specific episodes for my mom to show in her classroom though. She hasn't gotten to do it in a while but showing the first episode in Radopolis, area vs perimeter, got her kids from confused about the issue to being annoyed with the Squad for not understanding their problem.

Ah. I’d suggest try an episode that has to relate to what they’re learning if not then show them something they learned before. It can possibly help with them remembering on how to work it out

That's the plan. She just hasn't been able to make plans to use an episode of anything in her lessons for a while.
