It's just not going to be easy and it's probably not going to be pleasant for the original Squad to come back and find out they now have a Broken Pedestal for Dr. Marbles to rebuild (he had good intentions; I won't deny that. But if they had knowledge of all the secrets he's been keeping sooner, things might not have been so hard for the Interm Squad; and I don't mean the entire story but rather "all these artifacts are tied together and if they're misused, it could be catastrophic").
