Here's another germ of an idea I've had rattling around for a while; essentially it's what I would have preferred they'd done with the 'Dora-verse' instead of "Into the City" (I was not a fan, no offense ).

There's still a lot I haven't hashed out yet (and I'll update this desc. when I do) but to break it down to a logline, it's: "What if 'Imagination' were a place you could go, and what if you and your friends had the Map?"

Dora and her "ITC" friends are the main characters, with each getting one of the animal characters from the original show as their own personal partner/companion in compliment to their personalities (which may be altered slightly). All the kids show up eventually but I felt ITC was a bit bloated so these three(six) would be the "main" team, with the rest popping in and out depending on the needs of the episode. Age-wise, they're all older than they were in classic DTE but younger than they are in ITC.

Before you ask: YES, the background is borrowed from DTE wallpaper - I wanted to draw my own but I ran out of time.
