update : changed design (a bit), name, flavor text, stat, ability, and added evolutionevolution :

I still think to would be broken if it became a Pokemon, mainly the Adaptability. Grass, Fire, Water would give you amazing coverage, besides dragons of course, that is what ice beam is for most water types get it.

This thing would be OP if it was a really Pokemon, and the design is nice too, but really huge Power as the ability, that is alot of attack. On second thought all the Pokeon you make are OP

also, they are not necessarily used for ranked metagame battle, I also take into consideration of other uses like in game-play
