Recieved the prototype parts today for this project. The left hand base's peg was off by 1mm, so it didn't fit.
I'll have to re adjust it. The flail and chains came out working. It was truly awesome to see it. Its also sharp, and I almost stabbed my self. 
Let me know what you guys think. I'll be heading out to a casting and molding supply store tomorrow to look into making these for sale. So if you like what you see, and are interested, let me know as it will help with the numbers.

i made a custom axe and the energon spike ball for my own classics optimus/megatron. i cut the spike ball of animated swoop and put it on megatrons hand (first i rotate the hand inside). For optimus i use the animated optimus prime axe and fold the stick so that it will be shorter. Then i rotate optimus hand as well and i place it inside his hand, there no so impressive as this but they look ok

Jeez...this is amazing. An actual working chain for a flail. How much are the axe, flail & ion blaster going to be? What else is in the works?

The flail and chain alone cost $20 to get made. And it won't be castable from what I was told. I think splitting the set up by character will make it cheaper. I'll probably make it a limited run, to make it worth the cost.
