I'm not a fan of using Blurr for fembots. The head was a 3d model, then I used Shapeways to get it made.

Yeah, there is. Check out www.shapeways.com. Great for small parts. But gets expensive for bigger things.

I did I'm really glad you pointed me that way. I've got a lot of custom parts I want to make for my collection but had no means to get the 3D out into the real world
