Description Here are photos showing the scratchbuilt head for TFA Nightbeat, being made for the SickKids charity project on Cybertron.ca. I'm pretty much done with the head on my end. It will be sent off to the customiser who is working on converting a Jazz into Nightbeat, and they'll be painting the head up. We decided not to make him a headmaster, due to the size of the head. The horns come off. But with a bit of dremeling, its possible for the customiser to make the horns stay in place when transforming.

Well, my job was to only make the heads for these customs. Its up to the main customisers to decide on the weapons.

Where are you getting your 3D prints from? Looks like you are getting good quality stuff from them!

I'm using Shapeways. But the quality isn't great, if your planning to take the parts straight to casting. I had to put a lot of effort into sanding and priming these pieces. Even now, theres imperfections. :\ For my Skyfall kit, I already spent over 5 hours sanding the gun down, lol. I'm planning to find a different print service. So far, the alternatives that offer better quality, charge a lot more.

Its 3d printed, based off the 3d models I posted in my gallery. I had to do a lot of sanding and spraying primer to get it to look nice and smooth.

Both of them look great, Venk. Can't wait to see them with proper paint jobs.
