Description
Few more updates...Basic textures started
Chaff/flare dispenser blisters on the lower aft fuselage
Shortened the tail a tad
Landing gear doors, arrestor hook door, aux engine intakes, and weapons bay doors have textured outlines
Removed EOTS (may add it back later)
Still needs landing gear (may not do due to laziness), more textured details, GAU-22 gun blisters, and the IFR door. I also may model a 2 seater version.

Is this a Naval plane? Because I can see it quickly gaining the nickname "Sailor Inhaler" if so...

Nah, it is an land based bird, a direct replacement for the F-16. I did consider a heavily modified twin engine version for carrier use though. Doubt I will do it though.

riffing... wat?
About all my F-XX has in common with the Boeing X-32 is the large chin mounted inlet, a V-Tail, and one bigass engine. Other than that there are very few similarities. F-XX is designed for higher speeds (M 2.4 vs M 1.6), better agility (much larger wing control surfaces), and is not compromised by the need to make carrier and STOVL versions.

lol,I am far too lazy to attempt a flying model of it. Even so I know it would fly if I tried. Have to keep my designs realistic, since that is part of the fun

I could help you with this venture. See, I have a game that has been officially abandoned. Which is now being used by me as my own venture to recycle it, and turn it into my own private game. I am very fluent as far as modding goes in this, and I would like to request non commercial use of 3D models of your lovely aircraft. Of course, all credit will go where it is do. Maybe we could strike up a deal?

It's a good rendering. Looks like a cross between the BAe Replica and the Boeing X-32.

I like how you mixed the design of an F-16 with F-22 [exhaust] and YF-23 [tail style]
And also the F-32-style air intake
