Ovular, circular, it doesn't really matter as long as you flesh it out to make it shaped something like a teardrop. Breasts are kinda like a bag of mush with a harder center (which is presumably why we use shapes in the middle)
Technically yes, breasts tend to be more ovular shaped than circular with some exceptions such as breast enlargements and such.
Personally (*cough, as of recent) I don't feel all tits are drawn with a single shape since we got some out there that are cone shaped, dune shaped, pancake shaped, etc
As shown in my utter failure in the guide, gravity is also important to consider since tits aren't filled with helium
Take what I say with a grain of salt however as I am neither an anatomy nor a boob expert.
If you were planning on drawing breasts, I'd start with what your sister said and use ovals
