Yeah well here you go
If this isn't embarrassing I don't know what is.The rightmost picture of 2003 was actually coloured by *Lienwyn . While I sort of taught her about drawing (I KNOW ITS SILLY BUT BACK THEN WE WERE CHILDREN and I dunno she was shy and I couldn't stop talking) in general she taught me how to colour, and when I got completely insecure she showed me how to do it
The second picture from the left on the topmost row -might- be older than from 2003. It might be 2002, because I remember I drew it with a steel nib pen and calligraphy ink... and I lost my calligraphy things when moving to SlagnΓ€s in 2003. But whatever, old stuff.
Thanks to *Sjazna and *Lienwyn for sending me old pictures I had been too stupid to save, but they too nice to let go of

It's really amazing seeing the amount of improvement between '08 and '09. I think it's SUPER SWEET that you and *Lienwyn and then ~Wursu have been friends for so long and helped each other grow as artists in the meantime. I never had a lot of artist friends when I was "developing", but lately this last year *talaith has been a GREAT real life artist-friend that I can bounce techniques and WIPs off.

Yeah well I guess that I'm an extremely slow learner, but learning -something- was bound to happen eventually I guess. I dunno, it's a bit like I've been retarded for all my life and finally learned to spell my name right or something.
Though I guess in a way I'm still retarded.
I've always had friends interested in art, but only since I met *Lienwyn have I had friends with a similar way of being interested in art, or who were much better artists than myself. It's a good thing, really, pretty much invaluable in the end.
