But whoah, that's some hard critique. I appreciate this after all times you've just said "beeteful" in MSN. Though I disagree with something you said (really few things, though), I'm seriously trying to improve with the help of this and other Critiques I've got.

Because I can't write a critique D=
This piece was done quite beautifully. It's bright and gives an overall feeling of serenity.
The background could use a little improvement. Look at the horizon. The place where the ocean touches the sky shouldn't be so flat. You could smudge or blur it a bit. There should be some differences between one part of the horizon and another part.
Also, since the background has little to no line art, the little extra lines in the clouds were unnecessary. The sun and the rest of the sky is fine and no changes are needed there. I also find no problems with the rock and the ocean. To make the sand a bit more realistic, try adding a few shadows and pebbles around the Lucario.
As for the Lucario itself, the only thing that I find strange about it is the shading. It went from a dull color to white in an instant, but that's part of your style. You shouldn't worry too much about that.

Theh, I was trying to be pretty simple with the background; as for sand, I have to say, I forgot. xD It was already almost 11 PM, and I added the sand a little noise, it looks a bit better now, but not good enough.
Hmm, I did softer highlights, but they don't seem to be good enough. I have to use a lighter colour next time. And less sparkles.
