They're so effing casual that it's like a photo album, rather than a comic book just ... drawn on paper. I love it endlessly.

The crossword puzzle .. the cooking ... the "wearing glasses doesn't make me smart" thing. That's how I feel.

Awesome job. I'm so excited Nai was finally introduced. I remember back so long ago looking at your normal gallery pictures being like "man. that darn sexy ninja with the pointy hair is fiiiii-iine" ahaha X3 No really. Both Brad and him seem like they'll add a great dimension to your already amazing comic. I can't wait for more.

Okay, now let me just say before i comment that i'm not exactly in the most concentrative mood, but i have to say, (and i'm commenting for pages 13-16) that you've really done it, you've totally managed to capture a very thick and decorative atmosphere fit for your story. The stylized anatomy is excellent, although i've noticed wade's legs on the last panel on page 13, and it took me time to realise where the legs came from. Not that that would be a mistake, it just looked a bit surreal at first. apart from that, your shading and tones are awesome, arrange the atmosphere, and the whole mentality of your characters is exact and precise. Now I must say that if anyone who still learns wants to see an A class comic as an example or a quality target, they should definetly see yours. It's dynamic, sympathetic and very vibrant. Excellent work done, seriously. It makes me want to make a 3D model of wade :j Aaaaaand hell with it, I think I will...if I get your permission though, I wouldn't want to start on something being a fan project and then not get the permission to use it (as i would have intention of manifesting the product as my own with, of course, giving you credit for the character being your character) and then i would have to destroy it within 48 hours or whichever way it works. (not that I would, i'm not a very legal person, ya know i mean *poke poke*) Oh, and i especially love the speech bubble on page 16, last panel, "wearing glasses does not make me smart" that's just ace. You've done it again Vert, go, go go.

I love how Sheard looks in those last two panels of 15. So skinny and cute!
Your so talented, I wish I had your inking skills. Do you use a regular pen or a nib and ink?
And sorta random, but I love those speech bubbles. As...odd as that sounds, they looks really stylish.

Yay! More comic pages!

They look so proffesional...the layouts are done really well and all the speech bubbles look good, except the one that says "your ego will be the death-" I can be off sometimes but it confused me at first and I thought Sheard was saying it...maybe make the arrow more above the other bubble (easier to see)? Maybe I just read too many comic books?

I detect a slight alteration in how Sheard's hair is being drawn I liiiiiiiiiike! God, he's cute. I find that picutre of him walking from the back in the last panel of the first page rather sexy. Lmfao, his eyes look funny in the first panel--he looks like he's trying to look down Joe's shirt or at his crotch or something >D SHEARD! *le shock*

That one little panel of Nai lying on the floor like that has endeared me to him forever

I love how you make use of different types of boxes, such as the four narrow panels on the second page.

I really love the layouts of your work. If there's one thing I hate, it's boring boxy comics. I like ones that sorta go all over the place and break outside the squares and such, and yours does it wonderfully, especially with your kickass angles in each panel.
