Okay, before you freak out about Schatzi's toes, here's the story behind it. When they were a lot younger, Evelle would have Schatzi over a lot because his father sucked a whole lot, so she'd hide him at her house. To cheer him up, they'd sit up all night and watch horror movies, and she'd paint his toenails citrus colors while they were watching the movies. It stuck for a long and even though she rarely paints her own toenails anymore, she still does his because I suppose it means something now. Schatzi is comfortable enough with himself that pretty toenails do not bother him, and he has gotten quite used to it. This time she painted his toes orange - his favorite color.I used a mix of prismas and tria markers to color it and a Sharpie to ink it. It's done on regular paper. Yay. The markers came out okay. I learn everytime! Wooo! Enjoy!!

About the toes....I thought it was going to be about how he could bend it like so or something. xD
I read through some of the comments...I don't understand why you would say you can't draw girls. 
But I love the story behind the picture. You just don't see much of those things now....or just the artist doesn't say anything.

Nice story to go along with this.. hehe.. painted toenails. I never see original little sidestories like this anymore.
And I will never figure out how you can color with markers. I just can't get out of the streaky look.

Usually when i use my trias/prismas with sharpies it gets smudgy. Yet this isnt at all. I like the colors and character designs. Like thier expressions too.

Oh wow! Oh wow! Oh wow!!!!! They're both so awesome! Evelle's one of the cutest asian cartoon girls I've seen yet, and Schatzi's just cool! I like their clothes and the colors on them a lot, seems like your characters and mine have similar tastes in fashion. ^_^ And it's people like you who make traditional media rock out and live on when you do stuff like this.
