so I looked up interstellar pony art on a whim and found this... This is now my favorite piece of pony art, I know I'm late to the party but very well done, it looks beautiful it perfectly captures the emotion from the scene.

I know others were feeling the feels, but the image of Applejack getting into a setting inappropriate car and driving off during an emotional moment somehow strikes me as very funny.

You`re very welcome Β I haveΒ watched it with a friend of mine, she cried first then didΒ I. The music fits the movie so very well, I do love soundtracks made by Hans Zimmer in general.

It was really thought provoking. I thought about it for a week after I saw it.Β
And the tears. All the tears. This picture didn't help the tears.

I'm still thinking about it! It was nice how he brought a lot of Einstein's complex astrophysical theories Β down to a more visual, simpler level for audiences. Dat relativity though... hit me too hard.
Yeah... #2real4me . Hehe for the prompt though how could I not? I've got another terrible crossover in progress thats even worse too :c

The water planet was my favorite.
I love crossovers!

verulence In reply to Tangerineblast [2015-03-03 16:18:28 +0000 UTC]
The water planet was sooooo stressful. Damn it blackhole and your gravity causing huge tidal shifts. I was in absolute awe while also literally on the edge of my seat. And you know how people say that all the time but I was actually on the edge of my seat.
You know I do to! At least most of my best work is crossovers it would seem...Β

I cried multiple times in that movie. Real tears.
Because crossovers and fabulous.Β

At first, I didn't know what was happening here. I thought, 'the context was missing'. But then, I gave it a closer look and then I saw Apple Bloom's reaction, I saw that Applejack was actually driving a car and the title finally made sense.
This said, I really liked Interstellar, such a roller coaster of emotions.

veryoriginalponyname In reply to verulence [2015-01-12 03:29:47 +0000 UTC]
Yeah, can't say 2001 was quite as emotional as Interstellar. Still a good movie.

verulence In reply to veryoriginalponyname [2015-01-26 06:23:27 +0000 UTC]
Well yeah they're incredibly different films. I meant as far as genre and how memorable they were. Interstellar is certainly the modern 2001 Odyssey. Both great in their own respects ^^
