This is amazing! If you don't mind me asking, but what mediums do you use? Is this traditional on a digital background? With digital line art?
Whatever it is, it is beautiful! I love the Luxray line too, it's too bad these kitties are a little overshadowed by other electric types.
First think that caught my attention was the astounding details in the fur! Simply out standing! A great flow of fur and it curves in an orderly fashion, and not just flicked in random directions.
A lot of tiny details in this that just make it all the more great, I can see a lot of love put into this. And it shows.
Lovely shading, I think it was a good decision to make the black fur a more light brownish colour to show the details. Another good choice was the fine white outline to separate the Pokemon from the purple background and where they cross over each other. It makes it look clean and doesn't make them blend into each other. The background was also a good shade choice, nothing too fancy to take away the attention from the lovely felines, but easy on the eyes to give a more completed picture.
The body shapes of these cats is very well proportioned, they look like feline bodies.
 
My only little nitpick is Shinx's front paws look more like deer hooves. I know they're probably facing the side, but just the more square-shape looks off. I'm not good at drawing paws either so I'm not gonna harp on them, I'm sorry!
Other than that, I've got nothing else, something that tiny doesn't take any quality this picture has.
