Description
AUSTEYR AUGA4 variations.Australia answer to the call of the escalating war in the Middle East.
The standard F88 has been re-outfitted with a new frame, with top, bottom and side picatinny rails.
The A4 standard comes with a 20" barrel and a bayonet lug as standard. (Australia is baddass like that)
The A4GL is identical to the A4, but with (shock shock) a 40MM grenade launcher, and is without the bayonet lug.
The model shown has the standard issue scope shown.
Lastly, the A4K7 is a simple conversion to the rifle to accommodate AK47 or similar magazines.
Soldiers are issued with the rifle conversion kits when on active and prolonged duty. If soldiers ever run low on ammo, the can quickly switch to this configuration to use hostile magazines.
Summing it all up, A lightweight, efficient battle rifle. High performance, fast fire rate, but has a considerable recoil, so is best used in short controlled bursts.
