yeah, but the amount of diesel youd need, coupled with the size of the engine kinda makes it a little cumbersome. Nuclear power would probably be the best option, and it would double as a failsafe, if the enemy did manage to board the thing, and make its way too far in, the Admiral could activate the failsafe, and blow the reactor, and leave a 100times Hiroshima hole in the ground. Diesel cant do that xD
