Idea for a flag representing the English Language without using national flags. 26 stripes represent the 26 letters of the alphabet. The 3 colors are from the 2 flags of the two empires that popularized the language the most: UK & U.S.A. The stripes are radiating so as to symbolize sound waves from speech.Also the direction indicates the direction in which English is read: left to right.
And a funny coincidence: Its angled, like ANGLE-ISH.
