It's not a bad idea, but Aranese gets way too much space for a language spoken by less than 5000 people, while Castilian gets the smallest space.
I would suggest, from top left to bottom right: Castilian, Catalan, Galician and Basque. It's both the alphabetical order in Castilian and the order by number of speakers. Then the smaller Aranese shield gets the center.
