Ahh, this seems familiar... 
One thing I've been wondering about for this idea is whether or not the front casemate plate would've had a slight angle, reminiscent of both the Ferdinand/Elefant and Jagdtiger, or be entirely flat...

I figure it probably would be slightly sloped like the Elefant simply due to the PaK 43 making this a 1943 design at minimum, just this smaller scale would make it hardly noticeable with only a pixel or two difference at most. Anything more would run into issues with the placement of the crew hatch and size of the gun.
