This is the last bit of art I'm showing off from January's DeviantUniverse comic story, which ended up being used in this page!

While discussing the final battle for the comic, CrystalViolet500 suggested that magical boons should be given to the characters to boost their abilities. I fell in love with the idea, so I very quickly sketched this out. I'm not exactly sure where the idea for this form's superheated claws came from, but I don't think I've seen something quite like it so I'm glad I thought of it. I should also note that the magic only gave him the fire powers, he just decided to change his colours to more look the part.

I'd hate to be one of his enemies right now.
