I'm just trying to update StartScreenCustomizer, but it doesn't harm to add support for the new Start Menu on Windows 10 Tech Preview.

This new menu has a single color as background which you can change to another color by right clicking and selecting customize, it can change dynamically according to windows' colors, but you cannot use a picture.

So, I modified a little bit my old source code and now it can also apply any picture as the new StartMenu's background, but it needs more code readjustment, so this screenshot shows my work in progress.
