Description
I know Windows 8 wasn't very liked as an os, but honestly I liked the start screen
The User Account Picture is functional (as in you click it and it takes you to user account control)
As of right now there is no way to get the all programs tab on the right, or to enable horizontal scrolling, start 11 has support, but only for the windows 7 start menu.
