Big thank you to vprvnc for the original Luna10 theme (I forked from this and didn't ask for permission so no download unless they say its alright)
notes:
I don't believe my theme is 100% accurate, i'm sure many can do better but this was just an attempt!
I did my best to match, but for more accuracy I suggest using BasicThemer2 off github! (if this was ever for download lol)

Still having some issues with the minimize button, ill look around again
also was really confused with how Explorer is themed, so colors are probably off
