giant ass drawing for art class.I was really close to suicide after all those scales.

Spotted the whale! Very clever. Beautifully shaded too. I wish I had your proficiency with pencils! (Well then I should probably go and practice it yes? XD) I also wish I got such fun things to do for school

Those scales are insane, but they look perfect! Looks really cool with the hidden whale in there too.
You really should do some more drawings along the lines of this. I'd definitely be a big fan!

Just the thought of doing something like this again makes me break out in a cold sweat.
I like the outcome somewhat, and the surrealism part was fun to experiment with, but the actual doing was boring as hell. Not to mention frustrating.

There's probably so much more to say about this but I'm a little speechless and overwhelmed right now (and I just wrote that massive critique on the Ent xD), so just take from me you did a wonderful job

We were given a a large collage-type image of a lot of animals together and we were told to find a rectangular composition from that image that we wanted to reproduce. Then we had to enlarge it and abstract it slightly in some way, all while drawing as realistically as possible.
It was kind of an exhausting project and I don't think I'll be doing something like that again.
