I'm going to be submitting a few versions of this picture, because the scanner made this one really bright. I'm also planning on putting this one on my other account ( ), because I really, REALLY need people's opinions on this one.Alright, so the big question is... How should I color this? Should I outline it and color it with colored pencils, or should I use charcoals for a darker look?
This is a picture of someone visiting a grave... I've been meaning to visit someone for quite awhile, but I'm not sure if I'm ready yet. I feel like I should accomplish something first, you know? I hope that I'll work up the courage to visit her soon....

How about mixing colors with shades of gray? or maybe a sepia tone?
