I actually do watch the yellow sponge who lives in a pineapple. I've watched since it first aired! My favorite character from the show is Patrick Star! I am in no way trying to slam/flame/ (or some other negative action) SpongeBob or it's fans.

Now that's out of the way... Happy April Fools Day!!
And major congrats to Team Avatar for snagging the KCA for Favorite Cartoon!!
As for the comic... I was thinking what to do for this day and all I could think of was SpongeBob going around playing a prank and shouting "April Fools!!!" to just about everyone in Bikini Bottom... I just turned the tables on him, cause I can!
... yeah, I know, I need a life... Enjoy!

I've heard Spongebob hasn't been very good since the movie. Β Avatar: The Last Airbender on the other hand didn't end a moment too soon or too late.

I know!!! It's so frustrating!!
But it's not the SB fans fault. I blame Nickelodeon for denying us quality entertainment! I just don't think Nick knows what a gem they have! Or they do and just don't care. 
I used to love SpongeBob until after the movie, then everything just fell apart. The animation quality has sunk, the jokes make no sense, it's just like they're keeping it alive because it's such a cartoon powerhouse (or used to be, anyway).
I'm just so happy for Mike and Bryan that their show is so loved by the fans!

Yes...fans are what keeps the show alive.
And, yeah, the show did fall apart after the movie. The problem is, Spongebob's humor was build on the random. Eventually, the ironic endings and Squidward frustration got old. Yes, we know that Spongebob and Patrick will annoy Squidward, and we know that he's going to lose....

I know! Plus, the quality of SpongeBob episodes has gone downhill (fast) lately. The shows aren't even that funny anymore. I mean, I watched Atlantis SquarePantis cause David Bowie was going to be a voice on that episode....... 1 hour of my life (and who knows how many brain cells) that I'll never get back. ><

That's awesome! I wished I could have watched the awards, but I don't think it was shown in Canada. I remember last year, they showed it on the Canadian Nickelodeon (aka YTV), but it was kind old...

Yeah, you didn't miss much. Just Jack Black screaming at the camera...dumb bands/singers singing... and lots of slime.... and then the best part of the show was a five second bit when a little box came up in the corner of the TV that said 'Favorite Cartoon?' Avatar! With a little pic of Aang!
