The two came together like jeely and peanut butter.its been like a couple weeks since christmas and ive gotten pretty far in this game, BUT HAVENT BEATEN IT SO JKEEP THIS SPOILER FREE thank you. Any who, after getting the bloody mess perk its no longer super effective, its freaking hyper effective to the point it is shiny!!!!

It's in FO:NV. It's found at the crashed Vertibird, around the South end of the map. Caution is advised, as the crash site has multiple hostile Robots in the vicinity, including Sentry Bots and Mister Gutsies.
