My contest entry for 's contest for her original series Altona Braver. I hope you like it, kurot.
I just learned about the contest last May 1, sinc i rarely check my messages except for misc and comment messages. When i found out, i decided to enter... It took me some few hours, but i did make something... I hope it's good enough... ><
I'm still not that good at coloring, so i used her character art as reference... Characters are as follows from LEFT -> RIGHT: Velt, Kell, Sioul, Kazuki, Gallen, Maron, Embla, Ellis
Explanation of the scene:
They're basically just walking around. Kazuki is looking at Maron eating Ice Cream; Sioul is jealous; Gallen doesn't care; Embla is listening to Ellis rambling; Velt is too absorbed in reading the book; Kell is far too happy thinking of something...

the characters look great in their own respects but grouping them together like that...makes it look like they were cramped together (they probably are 
IMHO, if you're going to draw a fairly big group walking together like that, their individual actions must complement the others' actions
