This is Rayquaza one of my most fav. I made him a little more dragonic as you can see he's different looking then the original anime version. That thing in his hand is a black sphere of energy. Just wanted to add it cus i felt itd fit. Also i changed his markings a little, the diamondback rattler kinda influenced me here. So i put diamonds on him. Anyways i hope you all like himComments and favs are welcome:3
