I volenteered to draw part of the swap for Juggalettagurl - [link] - at the poke-fanclub.I tried to incorperate the personalities of her pokemon requests (such as togetic's vainness) etc within the scene, the celebi is part of ilex forest

I wanted to do you a picture based on the descriptions you sent, and I started off with quilava's secondary nature. I was wondering how to make it look persistant, then the thought of keeping a fire going popped up and the image kinda developed from there
