Description
Did this as practice for another drawing.Looks a bit like the NCR rangers from New Vegas, but they never managed to achieve full-body cyborg technology in that universe before the nukes fell...

That's cool he/it might end up being a gamebreaker though, because under the denim jacket is a compactly folded arsenal consisting of miniguns, bazookas and nuclear missiles among other things

I dunno, I guess the various components are fixed together well enough to form a solid structure without needing a traditional endoskeletal structure. Shock absorption would be facilitated by the appropriate parts sliding across each other.

I'm not sure if I remember correctly, but didn't someone make a Terminator robot body mod for Fallout? That would probably be the closest thing to this :/

Terminator robot body mod? *checking* It`s that - [link] ?
Yeah, but not so cool as this version.
And this drawing reminds me style of my favourite cyberpunk manga "BLAME!" by Tsutomu Nihei.)

That's a cool mod, but I guess I must have been thinking of a skin from Counter-Strike.
The resemblance to BLAME! is not surprising, because that is my FAVOURITE manga of all time. I've read quite a few mangas but that is the only one which has stuck in my head and influenced my style to such an extent. That guy is really a master of cyberpunk... idk it's hard to describe my admiration in words, lol

*sending EPIC BROFIST*
This is my favourite manga ever(!), I like manga "Berserk" by Kentaro Miura too, but "BLAME!" I like more, and "Abara", "Biomega", "NOiSE" and... all of his works... I must draw something, blame-fanart may be, or something in this style after I finish drawing any ideas to Mass Effect game.
P.S(So sorry for my English, if I have any mistakes in grammar and sentence-constructions...>< I know it normally but not as well as I want )
Nice to talk with you

Awesome, I've been keeping up with Berserk as well, but there's such a long wait between new releases nowadays. So I go back and read previous chapters. One of the best dark fantasy mangas around.
I still haven't read Abara beyond the first chapter. I also need to read Biomega again, the story went a bit crazy near the end and he also changed his art style.
Have you played ME3 yet?
No problem about the English, you should have seen me when I visited Venice and my bad Italian. So many awkward moments... It's always great to meet someone else with the same interests. Not a lot of people even know what BLAME! is, or enjoy it

That`s true, really good manga, I like the dark stories like that, and I love the art-style, so detailed, reminds me engraving works sometimes. And the battles expressions are very awesome and power.
(And may be I fan of that, because I like the style of works of Luis Royo and H.R. Giger too, Berserk reminds me the art of these two great artists)
I want to read again it too (and BLAME too), because I did It a very long time ago. And I will enjoy to do it again with listenig any Industrial music or dark ambient, this kind of music very good sound-background to this manga, It makes the setting more dark and deeper.
kinda like that - [link]
or that - like Headdreamer - [link]
or Apparent Symmetry - [link]
and projects like LPF12 - [link] Miktek - [link] and In A Mindset - [link]
Now I finished playing it, and started to draw fanart to it, so I like BioWare games, they always inspire me to draw something and I enjoy it. Of course I like another games too, Fallout series for example (mostly Fallout 2, It is my favourite post nuclear RPG), and other good games (I have a big list of them lol), but I don`t have many fanarts to them as I have to Dragon Age and Mass Effect. May be I like to draw characters, and BioWare games have are really good and interesting characters.
Nice to hear it) Because sometimes I do funny mistakes in writing, for example the most EPIC - I wrote "tank you!" instead of "thank you!" to one american person >_< It was very shame, because I`m russian and... so I sending "russian tanks"(ehh...tanks, bears, vodka...)ХDD so brutal and VERY stereotypic! It was... I can`t describe this feeling ><, and hope the person understood me correctly and did`t see where I come from. хD ...And didn`t read my signature
And when I been in Scotland peole told me about my funny accent %), and one german guy told me that my speech looks like a "fruit salad" So I understand you in this situation.
Oh yeah, me too) Happy to meet you here!

I've seen some of Giger's (mostly his Aliens) but have never heard of Royo. I need to stop being so close-minded and start reading up on all the artists out there xD
Too bad the Berserk release rate is so slow nowadays.. one chapter every 3 months? Lol. But I go and read the old stuff once in a while, it's so good. Same thing with BLAME.
Those songs are a good match for the BLAME atmosphere Very dark and gritty, like the Megastructure... I found this series of videos made using panels from the manga. The background music is perfect IMO:

I haven't played Fallout 1, but 2 is one of the best games I've ever played (I'd say it's even better than 3 and New Vegas!). Even though the graphics and interface are so basic, I always feel that they made the most of what they had to work with, and the attention to detail is amazing (like how playing a character with 2 INT turns you into a dumbass). As a result the game has a lot more personality and depth compared to modern games which are all about graphics. It also didn't stop them from including crazy gibbing (Bloody Mess ).
I love the Dragon Age and Mass Effect series, but I don't really make much fanart for those two. I guess I prefer playing them more, and drawing my own characters :/
I wonder if that German guy has been to Malaysia (my home country), since we also have a similar term, which is 'rojak' (a type of fruit salad, very tasty). While it's a type of food, it's also used to describe a mixture of things.
