I have decided to use the description of the alternative version to say a few things that will not be covered in the other images.

OK first of all, yes I heavily based off her of Count Ve Count from Sesame Street down to the actual color of her skin. There are some obvious differences. For example, she is an actual vampire. Meanwhile, if you pay attention to Sesame Street, he’s not a real vampire. I just find the idea that Welcome Home would be such a strange enough show that they thought it was appropriate to put a vampire on a kid show and even bolder to make that character, basically to entertain some of the younger viewers. She’s sort of like Frank where she has a whole break from the regular color palette with the whole addition of purple.

Yes, she is supposed to be wearing a modified poodle skirt and 50s veil. In the original Halloween episode, I like to imagine that welcome home temporarily changes the color palette of a show to be a little bit more spooky vibe. Her first appearance has her in an outfit similar to the one she wears in the image, but with the darker colors.

Canonically, she changed up her fashion because she wants to fit into the town. Julie and Poppy helped her get her new sense of style. I imagine it’s a really cute scene, but canonically from the perspective of the lore hunters that episode is basically lost.
